The following Official Rules govern MHFCU's Quarterly Auto Loan Giveaway. By financing an eligible auto loan during the promotion period, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Official Rules
Who is eligible to enter?
The Quarterly Auto Loan Giveaway is open to eligible Methodist Healthcare Federal Credit Union members who finance an eligible vehicle loan during the promotion period.
Only the primary MHFCU account holder associated with the qualifying loan is eligible to receive the prize.
How do I enter?
A Every eligible vehicle loan funded during the promotion period is automatically entered into the quarterly drawing.
No seperate registration, entry form, or additional purchase is required.
What is the promotion period?
Each quarterly promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the calendar quarter and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the calendar quarter.
Only eligible auto loans funded during the promotion period will receive an entry.
What is the prize?
One (1) winner will receive a $500 VISA® Gift Card.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize.
How will the winner be notified?
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number on file with MHFCU.
Please ensure your contact information is current to avoid delays in prize notification.
How do I claim my prize?
The winner must claim the prize in person at an MHFCU branch.
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, is required to verify identity before the prize is awarded.
Only the eligible MHFCU account holder may claim the prize.
If the prize is not claimed within two (2) business days of notification, MHFCU reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Are there any restrictions?
MHFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of MHFCU, which are final regarding all aspects of the giveaway.
