How do I enroll in FOCUS Online Banking?
1. Visit the FOCUS Online Banking page.
2. Click Enroll from the login area.
3. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
4. Enter the requested account information.
5. Create your User ID and Security Code (password).
6. Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
Once enrolled, you'll be able to access your accounts anytime through FOCUS.
Where can I find surcharge-free ATM's?
MHFCU members have access to surcharge-free ATMs through the CO-OP ATM Network in addition to our branch ATMs.

How do I order checks?
MHFCU members can order checks online through our trusted partner, Harland Clarke.
How do I report a lost debit or credit card?
If your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, call us immediately so we can help protect your account.

If you use CardValet, you can also temporarily turn your card off until you're able to contact us .
How do I notify MHFCU before traveling?
If you plan to use your MHFCU debit or credit card while traveling, please let us know before your trip. You can notify us by calling (901) 453-3500 or by visiting one of our branches. Adding a travel notification helps reduce the chance of legitimate transactions being declined while you're away.
