IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION, PLEASE READ:
If you are interested in becoming a member at Methodist Healthcare Federal Credit Union, simply click the link below to access the membership form. You can fill out the necessary information electronically, print it out, and bring it to any of our convenient locations. Any individual eligible to join the Credit Union must pay a $0.25 one-time membership fee, and subscribe to at least one $5.00 share. Methodist Healthcare Federal Credit Union requires a minimum of two forms of identification (one each from the Primary and Secondary list) including at least one picture ID. In order to verify identity, the following documents are acceptable:
